3. Home Delivery & Catering

• Delivery is available within designated areas in Pune.
• Minimum order value may be required for free delivery.
• Catering services must be booked in advance with a deposit.

4. Hygiene & Safety

• We maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards.
• Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the restaurant.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Refunds are issued only in case of billing errors or service failures.
• Prepaid orders are non-refundable unless canceled by us.
